		<description>HPDE is a positive thing and should be encouraged rather than penalized. I applauded the HPDE Insurance Program to provide such a service for a peace of mind during these events.

I&#039;ve never came across anyone who had done a HPDE event and did not get something positive out it. Once people get a chance to know their cars better close to or at the limit, and have a chance to experience and react to it, it makes them a much safer drivers on the road.</description>
